S.O.Liang & Co is an audit firm in Singapore that provides Statutory Audit, Special Purpose Audits, Assurance Engagements Reports on Compliance Under SSAE 3000, Engagements to perform Agreed-Upon Procedures Regarding Financial Information and the Special Audit Services. The Special Audit Services include Auditing for MCST, Society, IPC, School, Lucky Draw, Government Grant Claim, Claim Summary of Qualifying Costs Project and Annual Gross Turnover Certification amongst others.
Founder Profile
Eddie is presently a practicing member registered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and an approved company auditor approved by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK and also Member of the ISCA of Singapore and Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) of Malaysia.
After graduation, Eddie worked in local and international public audit firms for 10 years. He then established S.O.Liang & Co in 2016.
